This family has a sweet 90-yr old momma who needed to come live with them on their ranch instead of living in a different state, but didn't have room in their small rancher. They had someone build a metal-framed pole barn on a slab, had electricity and water run to it, and then brought us in to frame in and finish it all. We made sure we made every accommodation for a wheel chair or walker if that is ever needed. It is sweet, simple, and everything she needed to live independently but just a house away from her son and daughter-in-law.
