A very colonial kitchen got a new style and a major facelift on a budget by refinishing existing cabinetry, replacing doors, adding a sleek wall of pantry cabinets, and hardware and backsplash replacements.

In addition an awkward cluster of small closets, tiny bathroom, and laundry closet all in one space was gutted and redesigned to make a large boy's and guest bathroom, ample storage, and a laundry space that was a little more out of the way.
